eRunbook Oracle Audit

The solution eRunbook Oracle Audit passed the verification process by Oracle License Management Services. Gerhard Wagner (CEO of nova ratio AG, the provider of eRunbook solutions) explained today:

"The solution eRunbook Oracle Audit has recently been verified by the Oracle’s License Management Services (LMS).
eRunbook Oracle Audit collects the required audit data set from Oracle databases and options for all major UNIX brands (Oracle Sun, IBM AIX, HP-UX, HP-TRU64, Linux) and Windows platforms.
The solution uses the eRunbook information platform to detect the required data set, necessary for the customer to complete the license verification process by Oracle LMS. This includes all RDBMS products in the variety of advanced Oracle database configurations.
Therefore, there is no need for eRunbook customers to use Oracle's LMS tools for audit purposes any more, or to collect the data manually - as often happened in the past.

Today nova ratio AG is working to extend eRunbook Oracle Audit's auditing capability to include other major product families of Oracle.
