Products

The nova ratio AG offers consecutively adapted products which are based on nova ratio's own framework solution eRunbook. This ensures the ability to seamlessly combine the different products.

Configuration Management

The product eRunbook Foundation is the basis of configuration management, which can be expanded with the products eRunbook CMDB, eRunbook Licence and eRunbook Manual. This combination will make available a complete configuration management system following ITIL.

The interfaces eRunbook Nagios and eRunbook Bacula further expand the product eRunbook Foundation by a system monitoring tool based on the OpenSource software Nagios and a backup system tool based on the OpenSource software bacula.

Interfaces

Among other things, the product eRunbook Foundation offers the central administration of basic data for IT-operations. This basic data pool can be used in unison with system monitoring, data backup and the help-desk / service-desk area of the application. Relevant interface products can be selected to achieve integration.

System monitoring makes use of the OpenSource solution Nagios. Data backup is based on the bacula solution. The service-desk interface can either use the eRunbook help-desk solution or the OTRS service-desk solution. All solutions are delivered, implemented and serviced by the nova ratio AG.

Security for Critical Infrastructures

Security Management is also based on the product eRunbook Foundation, which is expanded by the eRunbook Security Console to include a wide array of check and monitoring functions.
