Together with her partners, the nova ratio AG offers services based around the offered solutions. These services range from the analysis of a current status and conceptual projects over the implementation and customizing of products to the final operation of said solutions.

Project Support

The introduction of solutions in IT infrastructures is often embedded with strategic architectural planning and sourcing projects. Together with her partners, the nova ratio AG offers support in the handling of these projects.

Customizing and Parametrization

The customizing of solutions takes place in the parametrization process of the eRunbook platform. These customizations can be facilitated by the customer or by a trained associate of the nova ratio AG.

In case the parametrization process is not sufficient, the nova ratio AG also offers customer specific software adaptations.

Trainings

Beyond introductory trainings the nova ratio AG also offers subject specific courses which can be held at the customer's location or in seminar rooms of the nova ratio AG.

Remote-Operation

The nova ratio AG readily offers to assume operation of the solution by means of a secure remote access point.

Licence Forms

It is possible to acquire two different kinds of licence forms. On the one hand, solution products are offered as a product license which is independent of the covered IT components and thus offers use of the software at a fixed price. The price-performance ratio of these product licences is unbeatable! On the other hand, use of the information platform is offered as a platform licence. This license is a quota-licence, which is based on the number of IT components of different classes. The platform licence enables the use of all eRunbook functions without limitation. The platform licence is most often the best choice for smaller environments.

Licence Acquisition

The customer acquires software licences and uses the software for an unlimited period of time. Upon acquisition of a service contract the customer may also obtain new software versions and their functions at no further cost.

Lease Model

The customer signs a service contract which covers the availability of the software for a defined period of time on the basis of a monthly service fee. The lease model covers maintenance and support of the software. After conclusion of the service contract the software is no longer used.
