Company

The company was founded in 1995 as a service provider for projects and trainings in IT environments. Five years later it was turned into a corporation and started it's own software development. The board of share holders consists of private investors as well as the federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate.

Today, the company founder and developer of the eRunbook platform, Mr. Gerhard Wagner, is chairman of the board.

These solutions cover different areas of IT-operations and have as a common goal the reliable and permanent availability of all information throughout IT operations in order to create the basis which enables efficient processes. This begins with supporting customers in the process of concept creation and architecture planning, continues with the introduction and training with these solutions and finally offers customer specific adaptations and extensions of the software.
